Refund policy

Refunds-All orders are refundable up to 50% if cancelled at least 30 days prior to event date. If order is cancelled 30 days or less from the event, no refund will be issued.
Returns-No returns are accepted. Client understands that Solidago Studios offers a collaborative design process and once the design is approved by the client, no changes can be made. Once the frame is picked up or delivered, Soldiago Studios assumes no responsibility for damage of the frame. If the product is damaged in shipping, we will provide a return shipping label for the damaged item for repair or replacement.
