Shipping policy

Shipping Responsibility-Clients are responsible for shipping their flowers to us, and all shipping costs (including final product) are client's responsibility. Shipping instructions will be provided after your purchase.
Bouquet Labeling- It is client's responsibility to label the bouquet with client name and order number prior to shipping.
Bouquet Condition Upon Arrival: Upon arrival, some flowers in your bouquet may not be suitable for preservation due to damage during shipping.
Shipping Risk-Shipping frames involves certain risks. If a frame is damaged during transit, we will provide a shipping label to return the damaged item for repair or replacement.
