Below are the terms and conditions of your purchase with Solidago Studios. Please review before purchasing your frame. You agree to these terms & conditions by purchasing a frame.
Return and Refund Policy

Refunds-All orders are refundable up to 50% if cancelled at least 30 days prior to event date. If order is cancelled 30 days or less from the event, no refund will be issued.
- Returns-No returns are accepted. Client understands that Solidago Studios offers a collaborative design process and once the design is approved by the client, no changes can be made. Once the frame is picked up or delivered, Soldiago Studios assumes no responsibility for damage of the frame. If the product is damaged in shipping, we will provide a return shipping label for the damaged item for repair or replacement.
Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Responsibility-Clients are responsible for shipping their flowers to us, and all shipping costs (including final product) are client's responsibility. Shipping instructions will be provided after your purchase.
- Bouquet Labeling- It is client's responsibility to label the bouquet with client name and order number prior to shipping.
- Bouquet Condition Upon Arrival- Upon arrival, some flowers in your bouquet may not be suitable for preservation due to damage during shipping.

Shipping Risk-Shipping frames involves certain risks. If a frame is damaged during transit, we will provide a shipping label to return the damaged item for repair or replacement. If a product is damaged in shipping, client must send photos of damage and package to Solidago Studios in order to file an insurance claim

Address Changes- The client understands that if an address needs to change, the client is responsible for communicating the address change with significant notice to ensure proper delivery.
Our Process
- Timeline- The floral preservation process typically takes 6-8 months. This can vary due to any reason and by purchasing you understand that Solidago Studios is a small business, with one person handling emails, pressing, and designs. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on the status of your order.
- Communication- Solidago Studios will communicate with you via the email address you provided on your order. If your email address is incorrect or needs to be updated, it is your responsibility to notify Solidago Studios of this.
- Last Minute Bookings- In the case of a last minute booking, a fee of $50 will be charged. Last minute means the event has already passed, and client is booking after the event.
- Flower Usage-The client must understand not all flowers will be used because of flower condition or frame size.
- Design Approval- The client will receive a design proposal for approval. Once approved and the frame is sealed no changes can be made to the frame.
- Changing the color, type, or size of your frame- The client understands that when a frame is purchased, sale is final. To change size, type, or color, additional fees may be charged. Change must be requested before design is approved, or no changes will be made.
- Our Frames- Each frame is handcrafted and minor imperfections are natural
- Leftover Flowers- We typically do not send back leftover pressed flowers unless specifically requested. If you would like the remaining flowers to be returned, please notify us and be aware a $50 fee will be applied.
- Natural Pressing- The client and Solidago Studios both have no control how pressed bouquets might fade, change colors, become lighter or darker than they were originally. Pressing is a natural process that takes moisture out of flowers, and will sometimes result in different colors.
- Finished Product- The client understands that over time blooms in their frame might fade, this is a naturally occurring process & there is nothing we can do to prevent blooms from fading over time. Once the final product is delivered or picked up Solidago Studios accepts no responsibility of the condition of the frame. If damaged at any time, the client assumes responsibility. Solidago Studios will repair broken frames on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Following instructions on care card will result in best longevity of frames (avoid moisture, avoid high heat, avoid direct sunlight). Failure to do so can result in excessive fading and frame damage.
